Marion Landry
Marion Landry is a visual artist whose practice is grounded in a phenomenological approach, focusing on embodied experiences through painting. Working in a geometrical language, her paintings capture the essence of light as it is experienced in nature, evoking a meditative and sensory response.
Her background in Design and experience as a 3D Architecture Visualization Specialist inform the way she observes, organizes, and translates the pictorial plane. Landry holds a BFA (2016) and an MFA (2023) from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and has exhibited her work across Canada and internationally since 1999.
